Here's my thought. With global warming looming, losing a DMV in city the size of Corvallis would add to the problem would it not? Where's the closest DMV if we were to lose ours? Eugene, Albany, Salem? Think of all those cars (with their pollution) going extra miles just to register the evil things...
Yeah, I don't get the big deal on finding a new location for the DMV...how hard can it be?
