Crime Watch (Aug. 14)

What do you get when you cross a skunk with a sunburn? I don't know either, but these crime watch reports crack me up!

    I think the sunbather is a grad student who is either pissed at his committee or is trying to schmooze them into passing him.

    In other criminal news, I just found out that Lyman was banned as well...they're dropping like flies over there.
