Well, that could be true. According to the link below, fiscal year 2010, which begins on October 1st, is the peak year for stimulus money. So party on!
Also, I think things would be MUCH worse now had the stimulus not been passed. The unemployment benefits would have run out on those already out of work and more people would be out of work.
