  1. Well, I think she wanted to thank the surgeons, and was somehow trying to philosophically tie the end of her pain to her mother's death, but apparently she didn't do well in English Comp.

  2. This letter was an awesome illustration as to the need of forethought and proof reading. Now I know I am not the bestest writer, nor am I perfect. I just read this letter and sniggered the entire way through.

I especially enjoyed the bit about the sticks, the pliers, and the duct tape. I have to wonder how that could help! You still have to open and close the pliers… Add the scooper attached to a stick, the time being stuck on the “Pot” and the weird back story about the trip to Portland; I was rolling. Does that make me a monster? I mean, I laugh at this woman’s supposed pain. Either that or I was in a weird mood… By the way, I am dying to know who rescued her from the “Pot”. Sadly, I think we may never find out!

  3. Huh, my comment a few days back never showed.

Anyway, No you're not a monster and I think it's interesting that some people don't know the meaning of TMI! Ha!
