  1. I am really not into horror movies...I did see the old Night of the Living Dead with my son recently, but it's so campy that it's not too scary or gross, mostly.

This one looks like it's kinda funny with the lines from Woody.

  2. Incidentally, I recently got a gig in a Halloween zombie project up in Hillsboro, at the Wasington County Fair Grounds.
It's called Fields of Fear, and it's a zombie type Haunted House maze!

  3. I saw the original Living Dead recently too. TFantastic film, the ending is disturbing.

I like it, because it's so focused on the people. In the best zombie films the greatest evil is human.

  6. I grew up on the slasher films of the 70's 80's 90's. Mainly the "Evil Dead", "Night Of The Living Dead", "Nightmare On Elm Street", "Halloween", "Friday The Thirteenth", and the "Fright Night", and "Creep Show" compilations...

My weekends as a kid consisted of getting my Mom's video rental card. Two or three of my closest friends and I would usually get two or three movies and a couple of video games.

We'd spend Friday nights watching horror movies, and the rest of the weekend attempting to beat the video games. I spent a summer on the legend Of Zelda. Those were the days!

  7. That sounds a lot like my childhood. I loved monsters, then eventually every horror flick. We coulda hung out, back in the day....

  11. "Yes we can"

Where have I heard that before? It seems like I've heard that a lot recently... I just can't put my thumb on it. Weird.
